Terms of Service

1. The service

Restocked is a Shopify app that adds a back-in-stock notification form to out-of-stock products and emails subscribed customers when inventory is replenished. By installing the app you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription & billing

Restocked is offered as a single plan at $19/month, billed through the Shopify App Store. New installs include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime by uninstalling the app; charges stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Fair Usage Policy

Your plan includes every product and restock notification for the ordinary operation of a single store, with no usage tiers. To keep the service fast and reliable for everyone, that promise is subject to fair usage:

• Notifications must be triggered by genuine inventory changes of your store's products.
• Using the service as a general-purpose bulk email tool, importing third-party mailing lists, or artificially cycling inventory to trigger sends is not permitted.
• Sustained volumes far exceeding what stores of comparable size generate (currently more than 500,000 notification emails per month) may be flagged for review. We will contact you before applying any limit.

We will never silently drop legitimate restock notifications.

4. Customer data

Email addresses collected through the notify-me form belong to you, the merchant. We process them solely to deliver restock notifications on your behalf. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Restocked to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited email, or in violation of Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy or applicable anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR).

6. Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding a claim.

7. Changes
